Reamping is a studio recording technique that involves taking a recorded audio track (usually guitar or bass) and playing it back through a guitar amplifier, then capturing the results by recording the output of the amp to a new track. s.
Re-amping is becoming common as more bands are recording themselves or only partially recording in the studio. Still, not everyone has the equipment or space to record loud amplifiers. Re-amping is also very useful if you are unsatisfied with your recording and feel that it could be improved.
We have quite a few amplifiers and profilers at our disposal. If we don’t have something we can find it or profile it!
We need clean DI recordings of your instruments. Recorded at a reasonable level but not peaking.
It is best to have the rest of the recording as well. It helps us match the reamped signal to the sound of the full recording.
